> Each sign is cut by hand, sanded, followed by painting the base of the signs with stain or paint.
> We now professionally print all lettering using our new state of the art process, making each signs lettering perfection every time.
> All of our signs are hand crafted. Because of this, you will see small imperfections, that add to it's handcrafted authentic charm.
>Please note that each sign is unique and will be slightly different. Some will feature exposed knots and natural wood grains, blemishes, knots, and dings that I do not try to cover up or remove, it adds to its unique charm.
SHIPPING
>Each sign is wrapped in bubble wrap for shipment and either shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes made just for our signs, or for our smaller mini signs shipped in poly mailers. (Our poly mailers have has much personality as our signs:)
> Everything at Mama Says Signs is made to order with a lead processing time of 7-10 business days.
> We use a third party border shipping company to get your signs to you faster and at a better price.
> All shipments will include a tracking number. USA CUSTOMERS: Shipping is VIA USPS, your tracking number will not update until it reaches the USA USPS location. This usually takes 1-2 business days until then it will read pre-transit on Etsy. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: We ship via Canada Post, Chit Chats Express, and Fedex.

Current orders have a wait time of anywhere from 7-10 business days, because all of our items are created after the order is placed. This does not include shipping times . Please view current processing times on listings before ordering

All of Mamas Mini signs are 6x3.5” , 5x8” and 5.5x6”
Care instructions
Mama Says Signs are all sealed for protection, to clean you can dust or wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use cleaning products on the sign while cleaning.
Our outdoor signs are sealed with an outdoor sealer, and painted on an outdoor grade 3/4 fir plyboard. For longevity signs do best in sheltered areas such as patios, decks, porches, and against walls.
STUDIO HOURS◀️
We are open Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30.
We will respond to messages as soon as possible during these times, but please keep in mind it may not be instant as we are painting orders. Paint covered hands and keyboards don't mix
SHIPPING TIMES
All signs are shipped via Canada Post or our third party border shipping company.
US CUSTOMERS
Most signs are shipped with USPS ( via our third party shipping company), after your items ship tracking will not update until it reaches a USPS location on Niagara Falls, NY.
Australia and UK customers small signs are sent USPS surface mail with no tracking. Shipping is estimated at 2-6 weeks
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All small signs are shipped without tracking to keep costs low for you. If you would like a tracking service please contact me before ordering, and I will create a custom shipping for you to purchase.
To some international locations it can take upwards of 15-20 days to reach you ( this does not include lead time).
VAT, DUTY, and Customs charges vary by country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
